Door Skin Moulds: Designs, Materials and Replacement

The molds determine the design and quality of the door skins. BECCOR offers complete sets of chrome-plated door skin molds, covering standard panel designs (such as 2-panel, 4-panel, 6-panel, etc.), and provides custom designs based on your drawings or door skin samples.

Mold Material: There are two types of materials. One consists of an upper plate made of stainless steel and a lower plate made of stainless iron, with a chrome-plated finish. The other type is made entirely of stainless iron,The design depth can be customized according to client requirements. The molds are installed in pairs at the press opening, allowing for quick and convenient replacement.Mold replacement and new mold designs remain available throughout the entire service life of the press.
